Paint Through Pain Part II: Inside Fix – Healing the Roots to Grow Healthier Branches
Paint Through Pain Part II: Inside Fix is a therapeutic art experience designed to help participants explore the root of emotional pain, family struggles, and life challenges through creative expression. This session focuses on identifying what lies beneath the surface—unhealed wounds, broken patterns, and buried emotions—and transforming them into pathways for healing and growth.
Through guided reflection, open discussion, and art creation, participants will use the symbolism of roots and branches to understand how healing the foundation of their pain can lead to healthier relationships, stronger coping skills, and a renewed sense of peace. This class creates a safe space to release, reflect, and rebuild from the inside out.
